Our Handyman Subscription Service
Our Handyman subscription packages have been created to provide homeowners with the peace of mind in knowing that their have a dedicated service provider. Here’s how it works:
You can provide projects and priorities OR our building expert will come on sight and review your property needs with you to develop the project list. We recommend updating the list at least annually and provide one complementary property review each year.
Our handyman will perform tasks according to your direction. The allocated package time can be used as accrued or you can build up over time for larger projects. For more timely fixes, additional work can be purchased at a reduced rate if needed.
Multiple packages to choose from to fit your budget. You get an allocated amount of time that can be used for small projects or banked to handle larger projects.
